Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
We have sent all of the letters as stated, and have now received a letter
'I acknowledge that you require your claim to be settled in full. However, after careful consideration, I regret that I am unable to increase your offer...'
Do we have to send the letter before action and then fill out money claim form? Or do we do them at the same time? Getting a little confused and scared about the whole court thing.

i sent all of the letters to get the info, then once the amount was calculated I sent a preliminary approach. They sent a letter offering £340, less than half of what they owe, so sent the refusal letter. To then receive this letter today.

Sorry, do we send the lba and then fill out the moneyclaim form, or do it all together?
Also, the LBA form states about 'not replying' however we have received a reply. Do we just delete this bit?
Thanks for your help.
