The only evidence I can find of ever having a loan from santander is that its on my credit report have been thru tons of paper work and cant find one little thing that would suggest that I ever had 1! What steps do I need to take?

SAR?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

thx muchos.

Don't forget Santander took over a gazillion little banks... Have you ever had a loan with one of them...like Abbey national. My Abbey loan appears as Santander on credit report.

and also on the SAR template letter it says to state the account no. I only know the last for numbers which is stated on the credit report!

SAR to Santy

Give them your full name and the address(es) you were at while the account was active.

Account number isn't essential
