    Default Court Evidence

When submitting my Small Claims to my local Sheriff court, should I include a list of all the charges applied, e.g. date, amount, reason, etc or a photocopy of the relevant pages of my bank statements, or nothing at all?

Or should I use the BankCharges Excel file in the templates libraryicon?

A list of all charges etc

The law, in its majestic equality, forbids the rich as well as the poor to sleep under bridges, to beg in the streets, and to steal bread.

So it's OK to use the full Excel spreadsheet including the interesticon calculations? Or should I use this without the interest part at this stage? Who's responsibility is it to work out the interest?
