Sent letter, spreadsheet then lba- they've now offered £2000
Written back saying if they dont pay the £3000 by 5 October I'll file a claim for £3800 inc 8% interest- be interesting to see if they pay up or go all the way....
worth a go I suppose. In saying that, surely they could have saved tens (If not hundreds) of thousands of pounds in solicitors/ court fees by simply paying up at lba stage!
