    Hi, I sent my preliminary letter in on 19th September, I got a reply yesterday stating what I expected that it only applied to credit cards. So I have just posted the lbaicon. I have also sent letter to Bank of Scotlandicon re old credit card so am going for it now, aiming for the lot....

    Yes I already have a current account with another bank so am prepared. How long does it take? I sent my lbaicon on Friday so they should receive it today?

    Think most of the banks are now using up all the time that is made available to them and a bit more besides!

    Just recvd the response to my 2nd letter (lbaicon) again repeats that the charges are correct etc etc....so will need to start proceedings think will have to have a good read of FAQ's before doing so - feel nervous

    No need to feel nervous, its your money! We're all behind you, good idea to keep going back to the FAQ's they are really helpfull and have another look at other peoples threads so you have an idea what is going to happen before it does. It stops you feeling so nervous!! (helped me anyway)!!

    They normally send the court and yourself a letter saying they will defend the claim so they get a bit longer then they pay up near their deadline.
