    Default Early Redemptions on Mortgages

    Read some interesting comments on other threads re. early redemption fees on mortgages. As we all know the figures these crooks charge for this are scandalous.

    Is there any evidence yet of people successfully claiming these charges back?

    yes..have a look at the "mortgageicon Companies" thread...Zootscoot and Dayglo, to name but 2, have been successful, and others have claimed back mortgageicon related charges and fees
