I am new to this site and have a few questions, I have spent time reading numerous threads and they have been helpful. I am not sure how upto date some of the points that have been made are.
My circumstances are, I am currently with the CCC's and have several cards and a bank account that have all been defaulted, I pay a monthly amount that is redistributed to my creditors, some of them have passed my dept on. All the creditors have frozen the interest.
1. From your experience are companies likely to start charging interest again when you start claiming your charges? Barclays
