    Just starting out on this road, many thanks to everyone for all the info and group support on here

    Sending of my SARicon for our joint account later this morning.

    Heading off on holidayicon on tuesday, it would be nice to see all those statements when I get back

    Some progress at last !!

    Day 39 (I think!!), got a letter today from a "Ken Patton" Data protection consultant-business risk (retail) in Halifax.

    Thanks for my letter, copies of the statements will be sent under seperate cover.

    "With regard to your request of information relating to manual intervention on your account, HBOSicon plc is under no statutory obligation to record this information and therefore, I am unable to assist further with your request"

    should you have any further blah blah blah......

    So.... waiting for the postie again ;-)

    Hi Peeps,

    First load of statements arrived today.

    April 2004 to present, I understand this is normal and pre-2004 statements come in a different post ?? (please can someone confirm??)

    My postie wondered what the hell was happening as they sent 16 (16!!) envelopes with a couple of pages in each (no wonder they need our money to pay they stamp bill

    Will wade through them tonight and hopefully the rest will be here tomorrow.
