I guess i would like to know what i should write in my first letter to abbey as i am not sure how to word things and what facts i need to support my claim. any advise wound be greatly apprecieated
Use the templates provided on this site, you firstly need to get all your statements and work out the charges you are able to reclaim. Then send the first letter requesting they refund your charges, if no response or a counter offer, I would proceed to the letter before action (LBA) and then when their 2 weeks is up go on to the small claims court and start proceedings. Everthing you need to know is in the FAQ's.
