Hi

I sent a letter asking for my statements and sent the £10 fee. They sant me half of them but said I would have to pay £3 per statement because they were not easily avaiable because they were stored on Micro something or other. any tips anyone???

So you sent in a SAR icon

request?? This gives you access to your whole account so they shouldnt be charging you any more. By law if you sent in the SAR icon

they can only charge a MAX of £10.

I'm having the same problems with Barclaycard. The word you are are looking for is microfiche. Type it in the search, plenty of posts covering this (including one of mine).

and the £10, is there anything that I can send them that is going to make them send me the rest of them, I don't want this to be drawn out for weeks and weeks.

If you really want to pay it, £3 a statement, but why should you? The argument is, by rights they should supply you with the information as part of the DPA agreement. If you can't be arsed putting up a fight, then pay through your nose for the statements otherwise follow other's lead....

I agree and am in the process of getting the £3 per statement they charged me back.!
