    Default anyone taken on cahoot?

    hello all,
I have gone through the whole system, letters, online claim etc, and now have a date set for mid november for the small claims court. I have looked around and can't see any other claims made against cahoot, and to be honest getting a bit nervous. They did offer as 'a goodwill gestureicon' to refund half of my claim (£200) which i refused, and since then seem determined to take it all the way, wondering if anyone else has experience of taken on cahoot? is this there normal practice or do they just think i'm a sucker who will cave in?
Prepared if it does go to court, got all the evidence, supporting cases etc but just worried a bit about nerves, any help to prepare for this would be greatly appreciated
    Dave
