I have a BOS Preference account and I have just received back catalogue of charges. I have also been charged PPI every month. Now I do not remember asking for this when I signed up for the account and have asked BOS on a number of occations, over the phone, to cancel. They said I had to put the request in writing, which I never did. I have also asked a few times for a copy of the agreement I signed to prove I did not ask for this facility. Anyway what I would like to know is can I reclaim the money back.
