Advice needed please

Hi everyone, sent my letter of to barclacard asking for statements got them today (only took 4 days) however only go back as far as june 2004 and say wont send anymore. I have totted up exceeded limits charges and late payment charges and they come to £192 pounds but this is without interest icon

? do i add that on now or not until i have to claim. I understand the rest but not sure on this point any help would be great thanks.

If you use the spreadsheet in the library you will be able to work out how much of the interest icon

they have charged you is directly related to the penalty charges. Thats the bit you claim. Ignore the 8% county court icon

interest calculation until you need to make a court claim. Sorry can't advise you about the earlier missing statements as have no experience of this.

I'm a little scetchy on this area too, but don't do anything until you have a FULL list of charges for the past six years. Send a reminder letter to them asking for the rest of the statements and if they cannot provide them, why not. I believe there is a DPA SAR icon

follow-up letter in the templates library icon

for when banks don't comply with a DPA SAR icon

. Worst case scinario: You may have to get a court order to obtain the remainder of your statements.
