Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have recieved my statement with what looks like a standard letter about how they cannot access over 2 years of statements, it will cost £3 per statement. All together i have £400 charges based on just those two years, im sure it will be more over 6 years. have people just been putting those 2 years worth in, or paying £3 a statement or calculating the full 6 years worth of charges based on the 2 years, dont know whats the best way to go about it, all i know is im not paying 3 quid a statement!!!
I put the two years in, and I'll put another claim in once there's a resolution of the microfiche situation or I'll get bored, pay the £3's and add them to the total value of my second claim.
