    Default Business Account advice

    I was wondering if anyone has attempted too reclaim charges on (specifically RBoS but also just any..) business accounts? Are the laws the same?

    I believe the procedure for claiming the penalty charges are the same but do not cite 1999 regulations in court claim as this does not apply I have read some where on this site.
    I am in the process of claiming from RBOS for a business account which is a sole trader. I am at the point were Cobblers keep sending letters for more info and have sent their defence which I think is the same as everyone elses.

    Halifax... 2 successful claims....£518

    CitiCards..... judgement and cheque (26/7/07) .... won £900

    RBS business..... .....stay lifted reissued N1..... won £2105

    Midland1 business.1996/1997.. first letter (27/6/07)....£1470

    First Direct...... first letter (30/6/07).... £839.... stayed

    plus another 13 banks/business/cc's to come for £10,000 plus.

    Ive just had my claim against the Bank of Scotlandicon(Business Account) paid in full including court fee.
    The same rules apply just change the wording slightly, you will find them in the forums.
