Thanks DX.

Strange how they have only just decided to do this.

They are getting their house in order. They should have been sending a statement each year and where they haven't they are not allowed to add charges or interest.

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.

Everything I say is opinion only. If you are unsure on any comment made, you should see a qualified solicitor

  • 4 months later...

Hi

I have been checking my husbands credit file this morning

and seems the default date has changed.

SB was supposed to be Aug 2015

now seems the default date has changed to Sept 2010 which makes it SB in 2016.

There is nothing showing before that date.

I didn't think they could change the default date???? k

Thanks

they cant you sure that's not the updated default date?

the SB date and default date do not relate to each other.
