Cheque has been cashed and an envelope arrived today containing a wad of statements without a covering letter. The statements do not fully cover the period requested.

That's jolly useful but not what I asked for.

Do I contact them or just wait for the 40 days to expire, report them and file a claim based on the information I have?

    Thanks

I thought it was from when they recieve your letter. When they cash the cheque is up to them, otherwise theoretically they could hold it forever.

    OK - question.

I sent my preliminary request and received a reply from Nat West basically saying that they would not repay the charges and that they refute the OFT finding etc..

Now the question is do I waste time with an lbaicon, or do I just start a claim against them as it is fairly apparent that they are not going to play ball?

    Thanks

Ok - due to unforssen circumstances I've been unable to proceed until now. Nat West have failed to cough up so I'm filing a MoneyClaim.

Does or will your claim include any issues under the Human Rights Act 1998? - Not sure what to put here?

Do you want to reserve the right to claim interesticon? - I presume that I do?

    Thanks!!
