im sleeping on friends sofa until moving into my first home. i exchange next friday. the problem i have is that i expected a payout by now on my charges (my claim is with the judge). i need £10000 to exchange and only have £7500. if i dont get £2500 ill lose the house and have to pay £4500 costs to the seller.
