Just wondering if you could give me some advice - I took out a payday loan with Mr Lender, couldn't afford to pay it back so arranged a payment plan via email.
Despite a lot of phone calls, I told them I only wanted to discuss this over email (something they didn't really adhere to)
Despite making two payments (not missed one since it was arranged) each month they call/email me.
I almost could put up with this but yesterday I received a text from them saying "your workplace is getting fed up with the amount of phonecalls you're getting"
This I thought was outrageous - and I want to complain to the OFT? Could someone let me know if this is the best person to complain to ?
