    Default Very quick question!!

OK Im in the middle of claiming back 1321 pounds from BOSicon.
I have 2 accounts with them - the current account which Im claiming the charges back from (currently 1100 overdrawn from 2 years ago, which I was paying back at 30 pounds per month till I started my claim) and my other current account which I now use for my wages/withdrawls.

If/when they do refund my money in full - will they do it to the overdrawn account, therefore only leaving a balance of 221 pounds or can I ask for it to be refunded to the account I use every day, as Im going travelling in december and 1321 would REALLY help me out as Im struggling to save

Ok it wasnt that quick a question but does anyone know where I stand?
    Thanks.

Great, so they have to pay the money to the account you requested or is there any chance of them refusing and crediting it to the overdrafticon?

after reading several threads over the last 2 months,i read it as its your money and when they give a refund it should be on your terms.probably some mod or sit4e helper will clarify this. hope this helps.
