    Default cheek of the devil

    I have always paid my charges and never complained until I got charged £30 for being 77p over my overdrafticon limit for less than a day. I went into the BOSicon and asked for it back, they said no because I'd had other charges. I wrote a letter of complaint and they said no again and sent me brochures. I wrote again 4 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back yet.

    A collegue intoduced me to your site and I have since wrote another letter stating that I have just found out the charges are illegal and I have asked for the last 6 months worth of charges and if they don't give 'em back I will take them to court for everything.

    I am a bit worried that they will recall my od but they shouldn't be allowed to get away the monstrous charges.

    I will let you know how i get on.

    Good luck - and you may as well request all statements for the last six years to see if they have made any other charges on your account.
