I would say resend. I've sent one letter on a different matter non-signed for, and they've neatly ignored it. Signed for all the way fro me now.

I had a letter returned because I got the address slightly wrong. This was because the moneyclaim automatic address system came up with the RBSicon next door to my bank that only dealt with commercial customers. They can't keep ignoring you forever. I would still be patient though, I wouldn't have expected them to have replied yet anyway. Why not phone them up to see if they have it - it may prompt them to reply to you.

    Question Re: BoS Claim

Have just telephoned them to find out if letter was received. Response was that it had been forwarded to Head Office yesterday (the 14th day after date of letter) and I shall receive a reply in 3-5 days.

Should I wait and see if this reply materialises or go ahead with the lbaicon? All advice gratefully received!

No, don't wait... they could keep fobbing you off forever that way! Stick to your timetable, not theirs - go ahead with your lbaicon

    Good Luck!!
