    Default Parking Ticket I need evidence

    Hi all i have had a family member come to me who needs my help (as i am now the new legal buff in the family regarding bank charges) anyway my nephew has had a parking ticketicon from CENTRAL TICKETING (based in birmingham) for parking outside a pub where he was in he sent them a letter saying he was there they wrote back saying they need evidence of this but the landlord of the pub is no longer their, they say if he carn't provide evidence for this then they will not cancel.
    they gave him 7 days for this which expires on Monday 24/9/06

    Any help would be very much appreciated

    Have had the exact same thing and they never got back in contact with me its been over a year since i asked for proof of the parking ticketicon and i have never heard anything since, play by ear mate.

    i sent them a letter saying i would report them to everyone there was to and also put in a few law acts for good measures i don't think he will hear from them ever again i think if they see his car they will put a £10 note on the windscreen
