Hi
got notice of intended prosecution for:-
1) Failing to comply with sign "No Left Turn"
2) Driving along Bus lane and Pedal Cycle Lane
Location 1st Street and 2nd street
i saw the traffic warden in this incedent and know for a fact that from his position he could not have seen me on the 1st street therfore could not say i definitly ingnored the the no left turn sign. am i right to think he made assumptions or do they clarify thier information using CCTV.
the notice of intended procecution is already part filled in on his part and then photo copied with the date and registration details to fill in at a later date. this would indicate that they have a file full of these then just fill in the details of defferent cars.
