    Smile Address needed

    Hi all
    After getting a settlement in full from the RBSicon without entering court papers i feel a little chuffed however i need the address for the court papers to the woolwich. I am sueing for £3800 of charges they wont give me a decent settlement ie full refund.
    I know to put on the papers Barclaysicon bank
    PLC trading as the woolwich but which address? my branch? or another address?
    I have several letters of correspondance all with different addresses!

    I`m claiming from The Woolwich and I have addressed everything to The Woolwich throughout. Also my MCOL was filed against The Woolwich.
