After long debates with the RBS i claimed a total of £1810.00 from them.
I got an offer letter two weeks ago for £510 which ofcourse i refused then went on holiday for two weeks, before i went and when i refused i said to them in writing i would now let a judge in court decide.

On my return from holiday i had recieved a letter from head office stating that as a gesture of goodwill they agree to refund all £1810.00!
Im just waiting the 5 days for this to arrive into my account!
When its in i will gladly donate 5% to this site for all of their help!
Now if only the Woolwich was as accommodating and the Abbey
