    Oh well sent secure message to Eggicon asking for my acct numbers as I wanted to request my statements as I was contemplating divorceicon so would need financial details. They were helpful, came back with my acct numbers and advised that because the accts were closed I could get the statements for free. Just sent the SARicon online so will see if they respond to it...

    They sent me a letter back - the standard one by the looks of it, requesting £10 for the statements and proof of my id. I have secure message'd them saying that I believe a secure msg should be proof enough of my id, unless they are saying their site is not secure, and asking whether the right hand knows what the left id doing as I was told these statements would be free. Have asked them to reply asap as I need these statements incase I decide on divorceicon, and have asked them to chase up info on my loans as I was told someone would get back to me shortly and I have heard nothing. will see how they reply.

    They replied saying because its a SARicon I have to send £10 and further ID. Have written a new SARicon requesting info on my two closed credit cards, my current loan (Got some info from them already via secrure message) and the loan this top off one paid off. Lots of other things on the go just now so couldnt be bothered arguing that 40 days should be from original request. Have added my loan accts onto this plus I have delayed sending the id and £10 fee off. Hope to post today once I get some sleep and get kids organised.

    Just got my P.O. and SARicon request sent back. Apparently Eggicon cannot accept cheques etc unless they are specifically made out to them so I have to resend it with the payee name filled in on the Postal Order. Wonder if I can insist they stick to original 40 days? Think I will print letter and include my CCA request too. Thats a pretty poor delaying tactic...All other companies accepted them...
