    They just paid up £1450 on a £1600 claim and I only had to go as far as the letter before actionicon.

    A very big thankyou to the people on this forum who made it all possible

    MBNA: £100 refunded on first claim of £112; £208 refunded on second claim for £108 24/9/07; PPI £256-28 refunded 8/4/08
    NatWest: £1581-71 refunded 16/12/06; personal loan CCA agreement not provided

    Great to hear whats going on....

    Looked at my account again online £150 of charges just hit the account taking it through the theshold again setting up another set of charges - funny how it always happens towards the end of the month.

    Final straw - I'm on to them now and will start printing off my statements!

    yeah, not to be greedy or nothing, but i got £3030 out of my £2360 claim which i consider is all mine, i wish i could get some more out of them for the stress and misery they caused me over the years - revenge has been soooo sweet tho...
