    I have recieved a letter after sending my first letter saying the OFT refers to credit cards, not bank charges and that they will not refund as they believe there charges are free!! Not really sure what to do now???? Can anyone advise?

    Sounds as if this is the same letter i received (ref: UNFAIR2), go ahead and send your letter before actionicon. I recieved the same letter again in reply to my LBA so i expect you will too. Then be prepared to file your claim. Good luck.
