hi all new member here...

OK well i was involved in a RTA 3 years ago i was riding pillion when the driver lost control of his bike and crashed in to a oncoming car that left me with a broken pelvis damaged nerves drop foot etc i later found out that he was not even insured so i made a claim to the MIB the driver lied and said i was the driver but a police report confirms that i was NOT he then goes on to say i knew that he was not insured LIE its turned in to a big case and i had a face to face meeting with the MIB, i did not here anything for some time until now. they are sending me for six sessions of physio privet.

so my question is if they are sending me for physio dose this mean i will be compensated for damages and loss of earnings etc, or is the physio my compensation

thanks for any advise and help
