    Default Neil T vs MBNA (Virgin Card)

    I am not sure whether I have posted this in the correct forum, but here goes.

    I was about to issue a SARicon letter to them this morning, but I have been reading here of people who have not sent a letter, but simply telephoned and been very successful. I have no idea how much I should be claiming for, but I would guess around £750.00

    Can anyone suggest the best starting point for me. Is it worth ringing the main number and just asking about overlimit fees etc. or is it wiser to just send the SARicon and wait for their response.

    Thank you in advance for any help anyone can give.
