    Default Gar V's RBoS

    Well here we go! Delivered the Subject access requesticon letter to my local branch (19/9/06) where they stamped it as recieved and gave me a copy back. Signed permission for them to debit my account for the fee. I have set a reminder in Outlook to remind me when the 40 days are up, and marked my diary!
    The waiting game starts!
    Thanks to all you guys for the information on this forum. I have read loads of stuff here so hopefully this will go relatively smoothly !!

    Well there I was expecting them to drag there heals and make me wait for my statements.
    They have just dropped through the letter box 9 days (28/9/06)after the request was handed in.
    I'll have to get started raking through them to see what they owe me.
