how long do they typically take for statements to be sent? i've only had this card for about 2 1/2 years

sorry, but there does not seem to be a fixed timescale. I have seen peoples threads at about 1-2 weeks. I have been waiting a month, so I guess its just your donald duck!

cashed my cheque yesterday got records the next day, got my statements not many charges on there as expected but sending my letter before action this weekend

well surprisingly for such a little amount they haven't replied so will issue a claim on Monday online

have never got an offer off RBS and cannot afford mcol at the moment so send a cca off and got back a letter stating they have put my account on hold for 10days and would I please ring them up (lets hope it is not to make a credit agreement in their art dept). Anyway 12 days are up.
they did not acknowledge it was a cca request and I cannot get proof of posting as yet
