Started the claim off against the Woolwich on 3rd August and have now progressed through the letter before action icon

and am awaiting a response from Barclays icon

Main Details are:

Claiming for £4370.36
03/08/06 - S.A.R - (Subject access request icon

) sent
09/08/06 - Returned Cheque with Acknolegement Letter
24/08/06 - Sent Bank charges information icon

27/08/06 - Preliminary Letter Sent with details
30/08/06 - Response - "We will deal with you claim by 27th September"
18/09/06 - Letter Before Action
20/09/06 - Barclays respond saying they will deal with it in 4 weeks and report in full in eight weeks.
20/09/06 - MCOL Prepared and ready to go!!

Right for various reasons I have not posted my own progress on this, too busy setting up my own business! However I am now fast approaching the dealine to get the stuff to court, and I need to add my statement into the court pack.

I would appreciate if someone has some text or similar that I could crib, it is mainly to ensure I cover the relevant parts. As with most documents the courts do not want to wade through pages of waffle etc.

Any halp appreciated

When is your court date is it an allocation hearing? or a case hearing?
Court pack? Did you mean Bundle. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...rt-bundle.html

No it is the case hearing and I have prepared the court pack apart from the statement. I was wondering if someone had some text that gave an indicator as to what should go into a statement. I have had a go but would like to get some hard hitting stuff in there if I can.
