    Default Kizzyella v Barclaycard

    Hi everyone. I am ready to join you all after exhaustive research on this and other sites for the last month. I arrived here via Moneysavingexpert.com. Martin Lewis is my new hero. If it wasn't for these forums, I don't think I would have the confidence to pursue "THE BIG BOYS", but here I am

    I sent my Data Protection Act + £10 and got the "microfiche response". I then sent the template letter which says they can't use this excuse and am waiting for the postman.

    Clocks ticking, filing cabinet is ready, soft cushion on computer chair....and away we go.

    Welcome to the club Kizzy, its a long road but worth it in the end. Give em hell.

    Im a bit behind you just sent DPA to bcard yesterday and fully expect them to use the microfiche bull as usual. I intend to over estimate how much they've taken from me and if they're not happy with that then they'll have to prove how much they actually have taken.
