I am in the process of claiming charges back from Nationwide
I sent first letter
recieved booklet containing all charges
i sent second letter claiming £3000
Recieved a letter saying no sorry we are entitled to charge but if you not satisfied go elsewhere
I have now issued a moneyclaim online which cost me £120 am i doing things right ?
What is likely to be the next step?
I couldnt find the daily interest rate so i just included the 8% annual rate is this ok?

OK, have you done your moneyclaim today - have you followed exactly what to put in the particulars bit and did you fill in the spreadsheets? Please let me know exactly what you put.

Thanks for the response. I hadnt sent the letter before action duh! so have now cancelled the moneyclaim and have typed the lba so they have 14 days then i move onto moneyaction yes? I didnt fill the spreadsheet in but did my own list of charges do you advise i do the spreadsheet? Do you think Nationwide will respond positivley or will i need to go all the way with them?
Phew! Yes, send the lba - I do advise you do the spreadsheet as that works out your 8% interest that you can claim.
