Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Last time I was on this section I was reading that the DPO were going to make a ruling on or about the 11th September as to whether Barclaycards microfiche system was included as a relevant filing system. I haven't read anything to let me know whether or not this decision was made. Can anyone update me on this please?

The visit had nothing to do with barclaycard per se, it was a visit to Abbey.
If you have a read through the ico thread in the campaign forum there's updates in there about what has been done and where we are now.
No decision yet and as of yesterday probably a week or so.
