Default What's the craic on the Microfiche clause?

Last time I was on this section I was reading that the DPO were going to make a ruling on or about the 11th September as to whether Barclaycards microfiche system was included as a relevant filing system. I haven't read anything to let me know whether or not this decision was made. Can anyone update me on this please?

The visit had nothing to do with barclaycard per se, it was a visit to Abbeyicon.

If you have a read through the ico thread in the campaign forum there's updates in there about what has been done and where we are now.

No decision yet and as of yesterday probably a week or so.
