Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Sorry to get right to business but i'm at a loose end with all of this and i was wondering if anyone here can help.
I'm currently claiming just over 3400 from the RBoS for illegal bank charges, they have sent me a letter back offering me £525, obviously this is unacceptable. My problem is what to do now, i can't go to a small claims court in scotland because it's over £750 i'm claiming.
If anyone could point me in the right direction It'd be much appreciated.
Have you got relations in England.......some claimants claim through the English system.
There is a letter in the banks temp folder (refusing the part offer ) see link below.
Have a look in the scottish threads to get an idea what others are doing .

Hey DJF, nother newbie here, calls herself sweetrevenge in hopeful anticipation of hitting the b*s***ds back where it hurts! I'm new to this too, and it'll be different for me in England I'm sure but sometimes just a new post with a message of support is all that's required to get me motivated and help me pluck up courage again, so I thought i'd send you a quick welcome. Feel free to post me if you would like the same.
