You'll need to send DPA Letter to Woolwich Telephony Customer Service's address in Claton-on-Sea.
Enclose your £10 fee - although the Woolwich don't appear to be charging for providing this information.

Thanks for all of your replies. I have just come back from posting the letters and have sent this one to The Woolwich, Jackson House.
Just had a look at the statements available on line and so far there are £360 worth of charges going back to Sept 05, but from memory I would hope/think there are 5 x this previously, if not more. We shall see!

Letter back off them this morning stating they would reply by 19th Oct. Somehow I think all my letters won't be responded to in 2 days!
