Sent prelim to Robbing Bank of Scotland on 14/09 claiming £885 in charges covering 10 weeks!!!!!of ba nking. Got fob off response today saying fees fair etc..... Can I send lba now or do I need to wait 14 days from prelim?

Why do I get the impression that you're just a leeeetle impatient
It's best to wait out the 14 days - it will show the court (if it gets that far) that you are true to your word. It also shows that you are sticking to your timetable, not the bank's
