    Hi I am new to this website (which is a fantastic web site by the way).

    I recently cancelled my car insuranceicon and i had to pay a months payment plus a £30 cancellation fee. How do these guys sleep at night. I told them i couldn't afford it in one full payment and managed to break it into 2 instalments but stil not happy!

    Also look at the other thread in this section about cancellation fees.

    I am an ex-insurance company person so may be able to help you understand why and maybe help you out if the ins co is wrong/unlawful.
