I can request for this to be sent back to your bank account 00537148 and sort code 11-00-15 via electronic transfer known as BACS. This will take five working days to complete.

Now why didnt Egg inform me I had £13.30 as credit on my account that was supposed to have been closed ages ago.. if I hadnt of enquired I wouldnt of known..I know its not much but its the principle..Also if you didnt get the Big mistake that they made they stated I opened my account on 5th April 2006 & closed it on 18th Feb 2006...eeerrr...
