    Angry ive been had

rbos was supposed to have closed my 2 accounts last may to the sum of £10 000
i paid them in full and was told my account would be closed the some months later when i checked to see it was closed i found£3000 in it so i took it out and tried to close it
then some months later i found another£350 in it
now nearly a year later i checked my credit rating( because i had been turned down by several credit cards)and found i had been defaulting for £ 4 7 ????
    for the last year.
i told them to back date it and take the default off but im still getting turned down for credit can i get my credit rating back or do i have to sue

1)May 2 accounts were closed both settled in full total of £10 000

2)July 2 accounts are still not closed whe i ask why not i was told when they were re calculating figures they over calculated by £3000
i took out the £3000(very happily) and closed the account AGAIN

3)August 2accounts still not colsed as there is still a balance of £350 in the account
i withdrew the£350(very happily)and closed the account AGAIN

4)February checked my credit score and found rbos has been defaulting me since last may for £47 during which time ive been etting knocked back for credit wondering why?
told them to remove the default and back date it to last may

5)March still not updated getting angry now,my credit is so screwed up.

i have sent off my data request form, and i intend to start proceedings straight away, but can i claim damages for defamation or is this too difficult ,i have lots of good evidence,i.e credit agencies, refused credit cards,i had to go to a second rate morgage co. because my credit was so bad.

would i have to use summery clause rather than small claims and what are the consequencies
