Hello All, I started the process of claiming via prelim letter for £885 (in 10 weeks) in unfair fees from the Robbing Bank of Scotland on 14th September. On the 13th September the Supreme Court paid a cheque for £300 into my account, my statement shows Supreme Court as the payee. The RBS are now saying that this cheque will take 6 WORKING days to clear. Are they trying to play hardball?
