Hi my claim was acknowledged on the 22-08-2006. Does this give them 28 days from this date? And if so is it inclusive of this date or not?
I think the 28 days expires tomorrow and they havent submitted a defence or anything yet. It still says acknowledged when I log in????:? Does anyone know the correct expiry date and what to do next? I'm guessing if they havent done anything I can request judgement no?
