Hi there I need a little help

Im in the process of suing the RBSicon The case is filed and they are putting up a defence. Ive had a letter from there solicitors asking for further information.
- Account no and sort code
- each charge and why it should not of been charged
- clauses pursuant to which the charges were applied
- in each case the particular breach of contract

I am also filling in the allocation questionnaireicon which needs to be filed before 1 oct

Should i send all this info to the banks solicitors?
