word up, this is a letter I received yet Im not sure whom the debt is with, it is one of three companies, do I igore or reply?

Sounds like there is no debt at the moment - they are telling you they will cancel the car insurance unless you pay up.

 

They have provided the policy number - can you not match it up to your polci ypaperwork? if not then phone them and ask.

 

There may well be a debt in the future though if there is an outstanding balance

 

ignore or reply? well that depends on whether you can afford car insurance i woudl think - if you dont then why dont you phone up and cancel it?

This needs to be addressed rapidly as if a payment

is missed on installment car insurance you will

be uninsured very quickly and if stopped by police

using ANPR systems that show uninsured vehicles

the car can be seized on the spot and may be crushed.

Ok did you just change insurers at the

end of 12 months, without notifying the existing

insurer as often these installment base ones

assume renewal, if so just tell them you have

found alternative cover and thanks for the reminder:madgrin:
