    Default Silence from B/Card

Can anyone shed some light on this...
Today is 14 days after Barclaycard received my lbaicon and I have heard absolutely nothing off them. Do I go on as planned ie start moneyclaim or give them a week or two longer. Is this standard procedure with them??

According to a call i had with them last week, they are getting all of the statements produced so that they can check how much theyve charges you and this takes them around 21 days if they are stored on Microfiche.
Dont know how true this is but at least it shows they are looking into the amounts instead of just sending out a fob off letter!
