    Default Amanda V Time Retail Finance

    Hello

    Just wanted to check if anyone is pursing a claim with Time Retail Finance?

    Currently pursing claims with banks & credit card company to refund charges, and would like to apply this process to Time Retail finance.

    Could do with know how yours is all going ... if you know what I mean.

    hi, im pursuing time. just got my statements yesterday. i havent5 worked out the amount but there are a few charges ill be requesting a refund for. i have to say that im surprised there werent more. ive been paying them for the last 6 yearsicon and the charges only come to a couple of hundred. anyway ill keep you posted. ill start a new threadicon about it tomorrow

    Right here we go..... S.A.R. LETTER going off tomorrow 26th October.

    Incase they demanded repaying the full outstanding balance, I decided to pay off the remaining balance tomorrow as well.

    As this will close the account - i shouldn't have any problems getting the information about charges from them? or pursing them to repay any unlawful charges should I?????
