Exclamation Are The Banks Taking A Different Path?????

    Hi
I have sent out my F.A.R letter to Lloydsicon tsb and Capital Oneicon, Cap One have come back to me with an offer to pay of my balance minus charges and interest if I pay up in 28 days, I opted for this option as I was claiming £340 charges and they have deucted £425 off my balance if I settle in the time allowed.

I have not heard back from Lloyds Tsb 14 days up on the 22nd but have had another charges statement with a note at the bottom that my overdrafticon will be reviewed next month(a little early, should be 3 or 4 months away.) I was wondering if they to will do a deal as my charges will just about scrub my overdraft.

Has anyone else recieved anything similar??? or are the bank starting to be akward??

will update as soon as I recieve the letter responding to my F.A.R!

Im over my overdrafticon limit of £1500 it has been constantly over that since i started my case with Lloydsicon and they done nothing, am at the moment awaiting lloyds defence, which i think will come Monday.
They can withdraw the overdraft when they want this is legal im afraid.

Ring them and ask them why they are reviewing it early, you dont have to mention your claim.
